This home is not in the MLS and is a for sale by owner, that I had the opportunity to show to my buyers. It shows great and will sell if it receives enough attention.


The owner has done a great job at maintaining the beautiful wood floors throughout the main level and there is a radon system already in place. The carpet could use replacing, but the furnace and hot water heater are newer. The home shows very nicely!


This is a great family home for small children, as all four of the bedrooms are on the upper level and the full basement is unfinished and ready for expansion. The back yard is lovely with a water feature, two decks and some fencing. The disadvantage is the smaller than average play space for children. Of course, since the home is on a cul-de-sac with two parks within walking distance, this does not have to be a deterrent to families.


This is truly a move-in ready home, complete with a newer roof and paint for any potential buyer.


The asking price is $373,000 according to the seller.  At $112 per square foot, this is a reasonable starting point for the home to be listed at. I will predict the home will be under contract within the next six weeks.
