The Scoop:

 

This home had been a great rental with lots of space for even larger families!  Sellers just replaced carpeting thoughout, painted and re-finished the hardwood flooring to make it move-in ready.  The back yard is smaller but is nicely landscaped and fully fenced, and the home sits at the beginning of the nice deep Garrett cul de sac for lots of bike play space.  The basement is finished – and is ecclectic in it’s format and finishes, but if the buyer is looking for extra play or storage space it will serve well.

 

The dark blue exterior color with burgundy trim and traditional facade looks more northeastern than Colorado – but colors can change.  The lovely front porch is a bonus and this can be an immediate place for a family to land who doesn’t want too much work prior to moving in.  Appliances, hardware and some flooring still needs updating but nothing seems urgent.  This is a great Quail Hollow family home but can also certainly be a turn-key rental.

 

The home has been listed for 20 days now and I’ll predict that at the $350,000 list price it will be under contract before the end of November.  It would be a fun home to decorate for the holidays!

 

A little staging would go a long way in this home to warm it up some – especially as the days get cooler.
