This home is unique in several ways! There is good potential, but some projects that have been started simply have to be finished to make this a comfortable home in which to live. Bring tools and imagination is accurate in mls statement! Good potential with an open ranch floor plan – no updating has been done since it was built in 1993 so flooring, counters and fixtures are tired, but the heating/a/c plus water heater are all only one year old! The basement finish is a bit choppy, but since the drywall is up but not finished it could still be re-arranged.
This is a great family home since it is within short walking distance to both Olander Elementary and the Global Village k-12 new school. And Spring Canyon Park is right down the road!
The home has been on the market for 82 days now and has been reduced regularly from it’s original asking of $325,000. It’s not every buyer that can see to the end of the work that needs to be done on this home to bring it up to expectations for the price point. My guess is when an offer is made within the next two weeks or so, it will be close to the recently reduced asking price at $282,000 but may include seller concessions.
The home may show better vacant and tidied up with a few minor staging items.
